Born and raised in the City of Decatur, Jill has deep-rooted connections to the community where she now resides with her husband Mike and their son. Jill earned a B.A. with a double major in Government and Environmental Studies from Wofford College, where she graduated cum laude. She earned a J.D. from University of Georgia School of Law, also graduating cum laude.
