Stephen Quinn and Jim Spence have successfully negotiated a $2,000,000 water/sewer bill reduction for a multi-family property owner.  The amount reduced is believed to be the largest ever by the local government.  The water/sewer bill reduction will allow the multi-family property owner to invest in improvements to the property.
